Silikomart Pesce Professional Food Mould

This Silikomart food mould has a unique fish bone design. Use it to create delicate parmesan biscuits or savoury jellies to enhance a fish or seafood dish. To use the flexible mould, pipe or pour in your mixture, then bake until golden or chill until set. Once ready, carefully pop each finished item from the mould.
