With this kit, all you need to do is provide your own pork and a container to smoke it in. The set contains a trio of bacon cure mix – sage and thyme, rosemary and thyme or traditional sweetcure – try all three to discover which you love best.

Once you’ve smoked your own bacon, sandwich the fried bacon between floury rolls for the ultimate breakfast sarnie, serve with fried eggs or add the rashers to the top of sweetcorn fritters.
